This brick bungalow was given a second storey loft, and the new living space beneath cathedral ceilings included a kitchen, bathrooms and multiple bedrooms.

A new pool was installed and the surrounding area landscaped.

Green initiatives included water tanks, solar panels and the incorporation of recycled materials.
